Hall Hire

Premises Licence and Music!

We have three rooms for hire, the Main Hall (maximum capacity 150), the Westwick Room (max 60) and the Buglass Room (max 30).

Please view the rooms below for details.  Various combinations of rooms can be agreed, subject to availability. Please contact our office administrator for more information and availability.

The Village Hall now has a Bluetooth Audio Adaptor. This allows you to stream music from your smartphone or tablet to our speakers to enjoy your favourite tunes in high quality. Cost to hire the Bluetooth Adaptor is £30.

The Village Hall holds a Premises Licence. Alcohol for parties etc. must be purchased through our Designated Premises Supervisor. The separate bar booking form can be downloaded here:- Bar Booking Form

Before submitting a booking form please contact the Hall Administrator to check availability, either on 01442 268723 or visit the Hall office, open between 9.30am and 12.30pm Monday – Friday.

Application to Hire

To hire the Main Hall or any other room, please contact the Administrator who can be found at the Village Hall office, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
