Royal Wedding Celebration
The recent Royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was a popular occasion and LGVA, Holy Trinity Church and Leverstock Green Football Club co-operated to provide a joint celebration. Holy Trinity arranged for a giant television screen in the Church to cover events from about 10am and this was attended by around fifty villagers, many of whom dressed up for the occasion. Following the main celebrations all adjourned to the Football Club for tea which was provided and paid for by LGVA.
Altogether a very enjoyable day for the whole community and a successful joint venture. Our thanks go to all involved.
